Detainee offered food and water. Detainee rejected the MRE and waited until the lead had started eating to say that he was now ready to eat. The lead did not give the detainee the MRE because he had rejected the food when it was offered and would not allow the detainee to manipulate the situation. Detainee then told lead not to bring food anymore.
